Well, it might be the the forth (or it it fifth even?), but it's the first windows browser, and the fact both Apple and Opera have dedicated some effort to supporting it gives it legitimacy as a real world test instead of just a theoretical compliancy test.

I still see quite a bit of regressions in the latest weekly (Mac ) build; display:inline-block is now pretty well broken. But it is nice to see Opera finally handling margin collapsing correctly, and getting the position:relative thing right. Shrink wrapping has improved lots as well.
By itself, the acid test is nothing. The underlying causes for failure are more important. It is good to see browser makers finally work at improving those 'little' things, though.
