I couldn't be bothered entering so perhaps I shouldn't criticise. I like the wavy lines, colours, and look of the winner. But! It won't resize in IE. And take a look at it with minimum font size of 12 in Opera. Is it me who is short-sighted or the judges?

Nothing too exciting there. A bunch of fixed-width, 800-pixel wide, two-column layouts. Or am I missing something?
