I've been waiting for this for a bit too long now... Such a pity we seem to be stuck with GIF for transparency (PNG has too many problems with gamma. Strip out the gamma and macs complain, leave it in, and IE ignores it... augh)

Naa. Macs doesn't complain about png´s without alpha channel. It's the PC-platform that has PNG-problems. However, great to have some GIF-support back in the game.
