3000 birds
About 3000 birds just flew into the trees around my office. Branches and leaves started falling, the squawks were deafening. Weird morning.

I just rented Winged Migration from my local video store. It doesn't go into too much detail as to how or why, but there some really incredible footage of birds being birds.

In regards to Hitchcock's, The Birds, I was just watching that the other night. I kept yelling at Tippie Hedren to just open the door or go in there with a baseball bat, but alas, you can't change the way the story goes.
Can't wait until they come up with 'Choose-Your-Own-Adventure' movies.

I've seen plenty of these "bird trees" around. It's just weird that they all gather at the same place, at the same time every day and just chirp/squawk. Of course, they leave lots of bird crap too, besides being a terrific nuisance.
Come to think of it, we (humans) are probably the same with our cities and such.
