New version of Chat

Upgraded to Brent's latest version of BlogChat, and added a webgraphics spin on the UI. Please feel free to stop by and say "hi" anytime I'm online.

New hinks... hmm, not really. I'm quite pleased with how it's working. Brent also mentioned a patch which covers any potential user's visiting the site without cookies enabled (the chat uses cookies extensively).
